Why I Love my Home

Our home is located on a quiet cul de sac, tree lined street in wonderful sunny Rancho Bernardo. We have fantastic neighbors and a great since of community here. Sunlight streams in the back of the home warming up the home as we enjoy the sun rise and east facing view of the valley and hills. We are situated in a great family neighborhood and we are within easy walking distance to the newly remodeled and award winning Westwood School. The Westwood club is complete with a preschool, Pools, baseball fields, tennis, and a nice work out room.. We are close to two different deluxe markets for shopping. My street is built on only one side so across and below us are private quiet manicured greenbelts that we enjoy. The sidewalks are perfect for walking our dog and getting our daily exposure to our wonderful community and neighbors. Inside we have customized and upgraded our home to give it a comfortable yet elegant look and feel. It is perfect for entertaining, with our over sized formal dining room.
