....Dear Neighbors... I have never written a letter like this before, and I most likely will never write another one like it again!

My wife Carol and I have been your neighbors here in Westwood for the past eight years and we are writing to tell you the unusual story about what happened when we recently sold our home.

Carol and I recently retired and elected to settle in the New England area. We contracted to have a new home built which would be completed October 1, 1997.
